Brew this loose leaf tea for 2 to 3 minutes with a tea-to-water ratio of 1 teaspoon (about 2 grams) per 8 ounces (about 240 ml) of water, at a comfortable drinking temperature. Remove the tea strainer and enjoy it black or with a splash of milk.
